Growing up, I never ate spicy foods. For my final project, I looked into how easy it can be to incorporate spice into simple recipes that will impress any guests.
Cooking with spice can seem a bit daunting — especially if spicy foods weren’t a part of your plate growing up. Drawing inspiration from three cultures that approach cooking with spice in very different ways, here are three easy recipes to start a flavor fire in your mouth.
MEXICAN STREET CORN
